What You'll Do

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face our members count on every day. You'll help members with their financial needs by:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately
• Building relationships by providing exceptional member service
• Identifying member needs and recommending products and services that can help them achieve their financial goals
• Answering questions and resolving account inquiries
• Maintaining accurate cash handling and balancing your cash drawer
• Following security procedures and operational policies
• Working collaboratively with your team to create an outstanding member experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You should be comfortable using computers and technology, able to perform basic math accurately, and confident handling financial transactions in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you enjoy building relationships, working as part of a team, and creating positive experiences for every member you serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash handling experience is helpful but not required
• Banking experience is not required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
