City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Anesthesia Surgery Screening (PASS) team. This is a part‑time position 3 days a week. Hours: 0730‑400 Monday‑Friday No Nights, Weekends, or Holiday As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career. Education Associates Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi‑State Eligible. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire. Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire. Experience PASS experience preferred Alternatively, operating room or pre‑op nursing experience.
