You’ll also provide design leadership across the capital project lifecycle—translating business requirements into effective design outcomes, guiding design committees, and stewarding furniture standards and vendor programs at a global scale.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You have a minimum of 12+ years of deep expertise in architecture, interior design, and/or workplace strategy.You have experience managing the design process in capital projects within a global corporate setting.You have experience developing and managing global design guidelines that represent an organization’s workplace brand expression in the physical environment.You champion sustainability, wellness and inclusivity, and incorporate into these considerations into design guidance.You are a subject matter expert in furniture specifications for the workplace and have a deep knowledge of the furniture industry.You have strong vendor and program management skills, including overseeing design consultants and suppliers, establishing furniture standards/specifications, and partnering with Sourcing on negotiations and global agreements.You bring strong technology skills in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and InDesign to leverage the design process. You are a strong advocate for technology integration in the Workplace and promote creative workplace designs that support digital collaboration, hybrid work, and evolving technology standards.You are a collaborative leader and communicator who can translate strategy into action, coach and develop others, and model Capital Group’s core values while delivering excellent outcomes across regions, cultures, and regulatory environments.You seek opportunities to cultivate meaningful professional relationships with key business partners, customers, and colleagues, both locally and across sites.
