Position: Marketing Manager Location: Orange, CA Pay: Starting at $100,000/year (Depending on experience) Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Description Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. Manage websites, SEO, and digital marketing efforts. Drive lead generation and inbound marketing campaigns. Coordinate trade shows and industry events. Develop marketing collateral and technical content. Maintain brand consistency across all business units. Analyze marketing metrics and ROI. Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners. Position Requirements Experience in B2B marketing environments. Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, website management, and lead generation. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to travel up to 15% of the year. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strategic thinker. Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Self-driven, proactive, with strong analytical skills. Collaborative and customer-focused. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, or technical industry experience. CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platform experience.
