Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, RCIS or ARRT accepted

Must-Have:

• Call: Minimum 2 days a week and every 3rd weekend
• Experience: Previous charge experience preferred
• Charting System Experience: Preferred

Description:

Minimum experience required is 1 year. First timers are not accepted. The candidate must have skills in circulating and conscious sedation. Procedures include cardiac and interventional radiology interventions. Cardiac procedures involve left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and balloon pumps. Interventional radiology procedures include venous access and tube placements. Candidates should be proficient with equipment such as Acist injector, Siemens C-arm, and Philips C-arm. Accurate monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias are essential skills. The candidate will be expected to perform EKG lead placement and central venous access. Floating is required and candidates may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliates. The candidate must possess a valid license prior to the start date. Temporary licenses may be obtained once permanent license applications have been submitted. Healthcare experience in various patient age groups is beneficial. The work environment may include interdisciplinary support from various healthcare teams. Clear communication and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role.
