Work Environment

This role is within the Home Care setting, delivering therapeutic services directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by healthcare providers to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Design and implement tailored treatment programs, carefully considering each patient's personal health goals and medical history.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using advanced modalities and techniques aimed at improving patient function and quality of life.
• Utilize a variety of specialized skills across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, to effectively address diverse health concerns.
• Document patient progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and meet regulatory standards.
• Educate and empower patients and their families regarding treatment modalities and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and maximize patient outcomes through collaborative approaches.
• Strive to achieve minimum utilization goals and adhere to additional business metrics to support the overall success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing recovery from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric developmental challenges, and sports-related concerns. By tailoring approaches to each unique case, you will facilitate not only recovery but also improvements in overall patient engagement and satisfaction, which are crucial for better health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is strongly preferred.
• Current State License to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and basic computer skills for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on establishing meaningful relationships with patients to foster trust and support.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a home care setting is a plus, providing familiarity with the dynamics of delivering therapy in patient homes.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize evidence-based practices effectively to produce improved patient outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse patient demographics across various specialties.

Compensation and Benefits

Holy Trinity Medical Centre offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
