Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our agency team. This role requires a motivated individual who will split their responsibilities between active client projects and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for 360 marketing programs, with a heavy emphasis on the influencer and social space, as well as a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Client Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives and social campaigns and digital media programs. Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations. Create and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all project outputs meet the highest standards of quality and client requirements. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Business Development Support: Manage the creation of pitch materials, including presentations, case studies, and visual aids, ensuring they are polished and persuasive. Coordinate pitch meetings, rehearsals, and follow-up activities, ensuring all deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time. Maintain a repository of pitch materials, case studies, and templates for future use. Manage marketing projects in support of prospect outreach and business development. Research prospect leads and contact info and manage CRM input and reporting. Assist in the development and preparation of compelling business development pitches and proposals to potential clients. Conduct research on prospective clients and industry trends to inform pitch strategies and presentation content. Collaborate with senior team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and strategies tailored to each potential client's needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a digital production or project management role within an agency or similar environment. Project management certification. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp). Familiarity with digital production processes, including web development, content creation, and digital marketing. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Additional Skills: Experience with business development or sales support is highly desirable. Expertise with project management tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
