Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver speech therapy services in patients' homes. Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. Qualifications & Skills Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program. Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License.
