Swim Team Coach: Build Skills & Lead Practices

Santa Monica Family YMCA is seeking a dedicated Swim Team Coach responsible for implementing competitive and recreational swim teams, under the guidance of the Aquatic Director. The coach will develop swim training plans, supervise swimmers, and ensure a safe learning environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of competitive swimming experience and one year of coaching experience. Certifications in YMCA Swim Lessons and CPR are essential.
