Work Environment This position will be conducted in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide crucial mental health services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our team’s commitment to technology and teletherapy ensures you have access to modern tools and platforms for effective client interactions. The work hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating symptom severity, frequency, and duration. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes. Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and collaborate with them to establish effective self-care strategies. Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving needs and challenges. Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients. Stay informed on contemporary research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices. Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical practices and legal standards. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development to strengthen clinical skills. Champion mental health awareness by advocating for clients and reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices specific to mood disorders. Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to fostering positive client relationships. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders. Demonstrated expertise in techniques such as CBT and DBT, with a proven track record of effective treatment outcomes. Understanding of psychopharmacology and the collaborative role of medication in treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
