Account Representative – Insurance Sales (Licensed Required)

The Moscaritolo Agency is hiring a driven, production-focused Account Representative who knows how to generate business and convert opportunity into revenue. With three established office locations across Allentown, Schnecksville, and Bethlehem, our agency has strong market presence and brand recognition. This role will be based in either our Allentown or Schnecksville office. This is not a passive service role. It's a high-impact sales position built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, strong follow-up, and confidently asking for the business. If you track your numbers, push for the close, and want your income to reflect your effort — you'll fit right in.

Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If not fully licensed, you must obtain your Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1. We provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health policies
• Conduct coverage reviews that uncover cross-sell and bundle opportunities
• Proactively follow up on quotes to maximize conversion ratios
• Build and maintain a strong book of business
• Deliver strong customer service while maintaining a sales-first mindset
• Track production metrics and consistently hit (or exceed) goals
• Contribute directly to individual and agency revenue growth
