An innovative and successful glass fabrication company in Valencia is in need of Customer Service Reps to become key members of a growing team and an integral part of providing some of the highest quality glass doors around!
Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers - Conduct market research and analyze data - Provide information about products or services - Answer questions and address customer concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Experience: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our products or services. Your ability to effectively communicate and analyze data will contribute to the success of our sales efforts. If you have previous call center or customer service experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.
