Registered Nurse - 10 Tower

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the 10 Tower unit. The primary focus of this unit is to provide exceptional care to our patients while maintaining high patient satisfaction standards. You will work with a small team and have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs for care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient care and communicate changes in patient status.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS and NIH certifications required.
• Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
