Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Shift hours: 7p-7a; Contract Length: 13 weeks. Weekend Requirement: Every other. Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.

Guaranteed hours/week: 36 hours. Call off Policy: The facility may cancel up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

Active New York Single State RN license (NY is not Compact). BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification required. EPIC experience required. Clinical skills in IV therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator management, stroke, neuro-trauma, CVA, cardiac monitoring, and emergency care.

Provide nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Monitor and manage patients with critical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as per protocols. Perform assessments and triage patients effectively. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
