Housekeeping Supervisor

Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL ! Under the direction of the Housekeeping Operations Manager, the HK Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring the successful deployment of QA contractors, maintaining quality standards, and fostering accountability within the department. Key responsibilities include onboarding contractor hires, providing coaching and feedback, monitoring performance, and proposing strategies for process improvements. The HK Supervisor collaborates closely with the QA Lead and QA Coordinators to support a high-functioning QA team, ensuring consistency and operational excellence across all workflows. Maintain ongoing communication with QA Lead to hire new contractors as needed. Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional teams to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any deficiencies. Supervise the QA Lead and QA Coordinators, ensuring departmental goals are met efficiently. Oversee the collection, inventory, and processing of parking passes, ensuring they are maintained by the QA team while resolving any issues related to availability or distribution. Maintain intermediate involvement in daily housekeeping operations, empowering team member(s) to execute tasks effectively. Monitor contractor performance and address concerns in partnership with the QA Lead. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose strategies to optimize workflows. Support any additional needs of coordinator, lead, and manager. Maintain software systems assistance and coordinate/update data within our systems. Help support and work with the entire HK department to ensure day to day operations flow smoothly. Experience & Skills Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening Valid Driver’s License Experience with Microsoft Office Well-developed administrative and organizational skills demonstrated in ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in written and verbal communications to multiple stakeholders both internal and external Advanced interpersonal skills to make and cultivate strong personal connections and relationships with team and homeowners utilizing skills such as: Keen attention to detail Adaptability Outstanding customer service skills Problem solving Proactivity Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with hours of work varying, especially during peak season Ability to work alone and as part of a team Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the team member should be flexible with their hours and must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off where possible, knowing that guests and owners can arrive at unpredictable times. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
