Job Details: Location: JUPITER, FL 33458 — Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour — Shift: Day. Housekeeping Supervisor Department: Clubhouse Reports to: Director of Facilities and Maintenance Position Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non Exempt Hourly Position Job Summary Perform general housekeeping for the Clubhouse of The Loxahatchee Club. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, housekeepers are scheduled to clean the Clubhouse and outlets at The Loxahatchee Club. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent or combination of related work experience. Two years of general housekeeping experience. Primary Duties The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our Club. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction. You will oversee the Clubhouse Housekeeping staff, create weekly schedules, complete checklists, and assign duties. During the summer, housekeeper duties change. The schedule may include cleaning of patio furniture, deep cleaning of outlets, touch‑up services, and lobby/outlet services. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to utilize and update an iPad‑based application. Ability to recognize and report issues such as roof leaks, pest control, restroom issues, plumbing, equipment, and more. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Ability to adapt to different preferences and accommodate special requests. High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Physical Requirements Able to lift to 30 lbs. from floor to waist and overhead without assistance; able to assist other team members in lifting items >30 lbs. Able to stand, walk, and work long hours between rest periods. Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed. Ability to speak and communicate with supervisors and co‑workers. Employee must be able to work alone (unattended) for up to 8 hours at a time. Must speak English.
