Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry RN to provide quality patient care on a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience and hold an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients on telemetry and respond to any changes in their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Active Ohio nursing license or valid compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• One supervisory reference in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
