Manufacturing/Production Associate

Adecco is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Associates at a leading client in Manchester Center, VT. This is an immediate opening offering a rewarding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to assemble products efficiently and accurately

• Operate equipment involved in heat-welding urethane around foam components

• Apply glue to foam parts to ensure secure assembly

• Participate in mattress assembly processes, maintaining production flow

• Uphold high-quality standards throughout all stages of manufacturing

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

• No prior experience needed—entry-level position

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions reliably

• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday OT opportunities available

• Shift aligns with local bus routes: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
