Job Description Job Description A Palmetto apartment community is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance and unit turns. You’ll support the on‐site team in delivering a safe, well‐maintained community. Responsibilities Diagnose and complete basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs. Perform make‐ready work for vacant apartments, including repairs and painting. Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems functioning properly. Communicate effectively with residents and office staff about work orders and timelines. Qualifications 1+ year of apartment or related maintenance experience and at least one relevant certification preferred.
