Thomas Creek Woodworks is seeking a talented and dedicated Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. In the role of Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing our machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and implementing solutions to prevent equipment failure. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Assist with equipment installation and setup.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering staff to prioritize maintenance needs and address equipment-related issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

• Hourly Range: $32.00 - 40.00 /hr Depending on Experience and Capabilities
