About the Role

The Company is seeking a Client Development Team Leader with a strong background in coaching, and guiding licensed professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support to potential investors and new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that collaborates closely with newly onboarded clients, particularly during the critical initial 120 days, to ensure their comprehensive service needs are met and to familiarize them with the company's offerings. This role requires a leader who can set the tone for a culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as a strong commitment to risk and control to safeguard both customers and the business. Applicants must have a valid and active Series 7 and Series 63 license, with the additional requirement of a Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam for those registered after October 1, 2018. A Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is also required or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of starting the role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and people development, with the ability to recruit and attract talent. A high degree of investment services and product acumen, along with a keen interest in financial markets, is essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or 4 years of equivalent work experience, and business development experience is also a plus.
