The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description Perform janitorial duties for the main office, ensuring restrooms, offices, common areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and hallways are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained throughout the week. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, vacuuming and mopping floors, restocking restroom and office supplies, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the facility. This role supports a safe, welcoming, and productive work environment for employees, clients, and visitors while ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met.
