Senior District Manager - Genitourinary (GU), Southern California Location: Los Angeles, CA; Pasadena, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Hawaii. (The Southern California South District includes southern Santa Barbara County through Ventura and Los Angeles County.) Job Overview The Senior District Manager is a field‑based role reporting to a Region Business Director. The primary responsibility is to manage a team of field‑based Oncology Sales Specialists who plan and execute territory business plans for breakthrough products in Oncology. The role requires business and clinical expertise, leadership to build a high‑performing, engaged team, and the ability to navigate pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines. Responsibilities Managing a field‑based oncology sales team. Planning and executing territory business plans for breakthrough oncology products. Demonstrating business and clinical expertise while guiding the team to deliver sales results within an assigned budget. Building a high‑performing, motivated, and engaged team; developing individual talent and managing performance. Connecting with internal and external customers to shape business and help patients. Working in the field with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to change, and adhering to regulatory and promotional guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in sales or cross‑functional commercial roles within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to success. Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 40% (including overnight or weekend travel). Preferred Qualifications Prior people‑management experience or completion of a Management Development Program. Expertise in high‑level planning, organizing, and business planning. Experience in oncology, hospital, and/or large account sales, and managing complex reimbursement issues. Compensation Base pay range: $141,000 – $243,800. Eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with company guidelines. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
