What You'll Do

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will:

• Generate new business by speaking directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
• Educate customers about pest control services and solutions
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Manage leads and follow up with prospects
• Track personal performance metrics and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
• Represent the Vantage brand professionally in the community

No prior pest control experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and field mentorship.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with no cap on earnings.

Our Compensation Structure Includes:

• Commission rates starting at 23%
• Top commission rates reaching 49%
• Retroactive commission increases as performance milestones are achieved
