PRST is actively hiring Skilled Apprentice Carpenters and Construction Laborers to support projects across residential and commercial job sites in the San Rafael area. This is a strong opportunity for individuals who want consistent work, hands-on experience, and a path to grow in the trades.
Assist with rough and finish carpentry tasks on active job sites
Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
Load and unload construction materials and tools
Perform demolition and site clean-up
Assemble and disassemble temporary structures , including scaffolding
Remove, fill, or compact earth as directed
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
Learn and develop skills through on-the-job training

Previous construction or carpentry experience required
Willingness to work in a physical, fast-paced job site environment
Ability to follow safety procedures and directions
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Napa area
OSHA 10 certification a plus (training available if you don’t have it)
