Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a Manager – Financial Operations to oversee day-to-day client financial processes, reporting, and team execution. This role is perfect for an experienced finance professional who is ready to step into leadership, manage a client book, and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing firm. What you’ll do: Manage client financial reporting, investment tracking & asset consolidation Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax planning coordination & regulatory standards Leverage financial technology (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Addepar) to enhance reporting Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial operations associates What we’re looking for: 6+ years in financial operations, accounting, or wealth management Strong knowledge of reporting, controls, and compliance requirements Prior family office or UHNW client experience preferred Collaborative leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skill Why Trove?
