Pediatrics Physician

As our Experienced Neonatologist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - North State, a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. You will play a pivotal role in our Level 3 NICU in beautiful Redding, CA, with the ideal candidate desiring the role of Medical Director and meeting CCS guidelines for this position.

You will provide expert clinical care within an established team of two other Neonatologists, aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California. This is a perfect opportunity for a mid-career physician who loves teaching and training, contributing to a vital service within Dignity Health Medical Foundation.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified Neonatologist with significant experience in a Level 3 NICU, a strong desire to lead as Medical Director, and a passion for mentorship and education within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert neonatological care in a Level 3 NICU setting.
• Serve as Medical Director of the NICU, meeting CCS guidelines (if desired and qualified).
• Collaborate with an established team of Neonatologists.
• Engage in teaching and training, supporting medical education within the unit.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required

• $400,000 Base Salary, based on 122 - 24 hr shifts annually.

Required:

• Active or eligible for medical license in the state of California
• Board Certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Meet CCS guidelines for Medical Director
• Minimum 5 years of experience

Preferred:

• 5-10+ years of experience
