Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Position Summary:

The Returns Representative I is responsible for managing product return processes accurately and efficiently to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This role maintains precise records, supports a smooth return experience, and collaborates closely with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Process RA Vendor Debit Authorization Reports by verifying vendor returns shipped via UPS and other common carriers
• Follow up on updated RAs prior to physical product returns
• Track and follow up on pending return authorizations in a timely manner
• Run reports to generate new quality notifications and submit daily authorization forms to vendors
• Update quality notifications with vendor return authorizations
• Process Non-Stock labels for both internal and external customers
• Communicate with internal departments and manufacturers to ensure timely return completion
• Effectively manage time, meet individual goals, and collaborate with the distribution team
• Support the company's "No Hassle" return experience while balancing financial considerations
• Maintain ownership of the returns database and ensure data accuracy
• Identify, communicate, and correct discrepancies as needed
• Operate office equipment including copier, OnBase scanner, and computer systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 24 years of customer service experience or transferable related experience
• Customer-focused with strong internet navigation skills
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage workflow processes effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Restaurant supply or commercial food service experience

At least 1 year of SAP experience
