Job Summary Location: Bolingbrook, IL Job Type: Full-Time | Mid-Level Experienced Industry: Sales | Customer Service | Industrial Distribution What You’ll Bring Passion and purpose‑driven mindset Team‑oriented attitude Sales or customer service experience Proficiency with computers and CRM systems Strong safety awareness Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax Generate and follow up on product quotes Provide technical support and product guidance to customers Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management Resolve customer service issues with professionalism Continuously expand product and service knowledge Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs Travel occasionally to support business goals Track competitor pricing and product offerings Support quality assurance initiatives Uphold company values and competencies Qualifications 2 years’ experience with coil Computer proficiency Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication Familiarity with industrial products and services Why Join Us?
