We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare/enter orders; Reserve/Allocate Material; Expedite Orders if needed.
- Manage customer expectations
- Initiate claims paperwork and obtain pertinent information
- Quotations and follow-ups
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information to the sales team on account status
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with Microsoft office
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Clayton Metals processes and distributes the finest non-ferrous, flat-rolled products, aluminum circles, and aluminum extrusions. Our material is used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications including transportation, electrical, lighting, and housewares.
Clayton has the ability to coordinate and manage all aspects of sourcing and stocking through highly reliable vendors and facilities nationwide. We work with customers to design systems to reduce in-house inventories of raw materials. Our superior inventory management expertise and highly personalized service allows Clayton Metals customers significant leverage in the marketplace.
