As an Inside Sales Representative, you will provide expert consultation services to customers, manage orders, drive sales performance, and enhance brand value through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Customer Communication :

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and issue quotes.
• Recommend suitable cabinet products to customers and address their concerns.

Order Management :

• Accurately process orders, track their status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate after-sales issues such as returns or replacements.

Sales Targets :

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships to improve retention and repeat sales.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Provide market feedback to help optimize products and services.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements :

• Education : Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field).
• Experience : At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience (experience in cabinets, building materials, or home improvement industries is a plus).
• Skills :
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with a variety of customers.
• Proficiency in Excel, and other office software.
• Goal-oriented and able to perform efficiently under pressure, consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp cabinet product knowledge and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with wholesale business processes and B2B customer service.
• Existing industry contacts or customer base is an advantage.
• Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
