Strategic Outside Sales Representative

Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for HRO. This role focuses on closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. The successful candidate will participate in our award‑winning training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. What you’ll do Grow our business: close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy. Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions to help clients understand and solve real business needs. Deepen relationships across the ADP family: cross‑sell cloud‑based HR solutions with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating high ethical standards. To succeed in this role: Required qualifications Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style, able to cold call, manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multi‑task; present ideas clearly on paper, in person, and over the phone. Strategic closer: established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales with an impressive track record of closing sales and managing territories. Proven winner: ambitious spirit that thrives under pressure, motivating you to hit and exceed sales quotas. College degree is great but not required. Alternative experience: minimum three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results‑driven environment, or military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building. Preferred qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
