This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a customer-first mindset. Support account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Understand customer needs and recommend products and solutions that create value. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM and business systems. Manage quotes, orders, follow-up activities, and customer communications in an organized and timely manner. Collaborate with customer service, logistics, purchasing, accounting, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ease of doing business. Meet individual and team goals related to customer engagement, account growth, responsiveness, and business development. Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments. Qualifications: Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus. Customer Service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills and time management. Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.
