Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a X-ray Technician in Atlanta, Georgia. Candidates will be responsible for operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, evaluating images for technical quality, and working primarily in the emergency department. The role requires flexibility to float between departments as needed, and candidates must bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Atlanta, Georgia
• Schedule: Night shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Required Qualifications: Certified as an X-ray Technologist with ARRT certification, BLS certification, graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program, and have a minimum of 1 year of level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in emergency department settings, operating GE, Phillips, and CareStream radiologic equipment, and performing competency check-offs for students. Mask fit testing is required. The role may include working with pediatric and neonatal patients, with a willingness to learn these areas.
