Housing Stability Case Manager

Centerstone in Hannibal, MO is seeking a Housing Case Manager to support individuals and families facing homelessness. You will implement Housing First and harm reduction strategies, coordinate with service providers, landlords, and community partners to secure safe, affordable housing and ongoing supports.
