Youth Housing Stability Case Manager
NPHY
NPHY is seeking an experienced TH-RRH Case Manager in Las Vegas to support youth ages 18-24 experiencing homelessness. You will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, and develop housing stability plans that lead to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Work closely with the Housing Navigator and peers to coordinate resources, access benefits, and facilitate housing search and tenancy support in Southern Nevada. #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHY
