Overview Retro Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to join their team in East Northport, NY. This leadership role requires an experienced operator who can balance the financial, operational, and cultural demands of a private club. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of managing member-centric organizations, building high-performing teams, and navigating the governance structures unique to the club industry. Private clubs continue to see strong demand as professionals seek exclusive communities that offer connection, wellness, and lifestyle experiences beyond the ordinary. Responsibilities Balance financial, operational, and governance considerations to meet club objectives. Lead and develop club staff to deliver exceptional member experiences. Oversee membership governance, programs, and services in alignment with club policies. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance member engagement, wellness, and community lifestyle offerings. Collaborate with leadership and committees to align operations with the club’s vision and standards. Qualifications Experience as a club manager, general manager, or in a senior leadership role within a private club or similar member-centric organization. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams. Ability to navigate governance structures and maintain high standards of member service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
