As an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the center of our sales operation. You’ll connect with current and potential customers, help identify their needs, and make sure they receive the right solution from our team.

Your day may include:

• Answering inbound calls from  potential customers
• Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
• Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
• Qualifying customers and scheduling in-home inspections
• Selling select services over the phone
• Addressing customer questions and concerns
• Coordinating routes and schedules for our sales inspectors and technicians
• Preparing outside sales inspectors for their upcoming leads
• Making targeted outbound calls to cultivate leads and generate new business
• Participating in sales campaigns and initiatives
• Entering and analyzing customer information accurately
• Working closely with our sales team to help customers from their first call through the next step

You’ll never be on an island.  You’ll work closely with our outside sales team and other departments to help create a seamless experience for our customers.

Although it is a plus, you don’t need to know anything about pest control—we’ll teach you that.

What we  do need is someone who loves people, enjoys a challenge, and knows how to turn a conversation into an opportunity.
