About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing what’s best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
