Job Overview As a Senior RevOps Strategist at York IE, you will provide strategic leadership across a set of client engagements, working closely with the Sr. Director, GTM Advisory, RevOps, client stakeholders, and a primarily India‑based team of RevOps consultants, CRM developers and administrators, and data and integration engineers. Your role spans revenue operations strategy, architectural guidance on GTM technology implementation and optimization, and cross‑functional coordination with York IE's Marketing, Finance, GTM, and Product teams. You will be expected to act as the primary strategic owner of your client portfolio, driving revenue operations strategy, commercial outcomes, and account health across a portfolio of growth‑stage and PE‑backed technology companies. This role demands a combination of strategic leadership and executive presence, including the ability to operate credibly across multi‑stakeholder client environments and align RevOps strategy to business and investor objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise RevOps delivery execution for a set of clients, joining client meetings, and providing guidance on strategic direction and roadmap management across the full engagement lifecycle. Guide and mentor a primarily India‑based team of RevOps consultants, CRM developers and administrators, and data and integration engineers. Delegate execution to this team while maintaining clear ownership of strategy, system architecture, and data flows. Where clients have existing internal RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops teams, operate collaboratively alongside them rather than in place of them. Provide architectural guidance on GTM technology and platform implementation and optimization, spanning CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), adjacent RevTech tools, covering the full GTM funnel and end‑to‑end systems landscape (object and field architecture, workflow automations, integrations, reporting). Provide market research and strategy input as needed, pulling in York IE's research and analyst resources where appropriate. Translate RevOps investment decisions into value creation framing, including revenue potential, cost implications, and alignment with client growth or exit objectives. Proactively identify commercial gaps and strategic growth opportunities for your clients, and actively integrate York IE's broader capabilities (Marketing, Finance, GTM, Product) into their overarching business and revenue strategies. Act as a comprehensive business advisor, not only a delivery lead. Cultivate long‑term advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning York IE as a trusted strategic partner through consistent delivery, proactive guidance, and early identification of risks and opportunities. Maintain client budgets and stay within resourcing guidelines of delivery team members, as well as platform and licensing costs on behalf of our clients. Help manage client deviations, upgrades, and downgrades accordingly. Navigate account disruptions, client transitions, and engagement instability with composure, maintaining strategic continuity and client confidence during periods of change. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, and/or GTM implementation and consulting roles, preferably in the SaaS industry. Experience working with growth‑stage or PE‑backed technology companies, including comfort navigating board‑level expectations, multi‑stakeholder environments, and established client‑side sales, marketing, and operations organizations. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering RevOps projects spanning processes and supporting technologies, including guiding and mentoring teams to successfully execute projects. Strong understanding of CRM platform architecture (HubSpot, Salesforce), data architecture and integrations, and GTM tech stack design. Hands‑on experience with implementing and/or optimizing GTM tools across the tech stack, such as data enrichment, conversational intelligence, lead routing, sales engagement, CPQ, and customer success. Sufficient familiarity with the implementation and delivery lifecycle to provide informed strategic oversight across client engagements. Demonstrated ability to connect RevOps decisions to financial outcomes and articulate a clear value creation thesis, including revenue impact, cost structure, and alignment with investor or growth objectives. Ability to perform market research and provide strategic input to clients, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and client deliverables.
