This is a full-time position based out of one of our Loan Production Offices in the heart of Chicago, offering a guaranteed base salary plus commission and performance-based compensation. We are a federally chartered bank with lending capabilities across all 50 states, giving our lending professionals the ability to build relationships and originate business on a nationwide platform.

Depending on experience and career development, you’ll have the opportunity to work with borrowers, business owners, real estate investors, referral partners, developers, professionals, and other clients with financing needs. You’ll learn how to identify opportunities, structure transactions, develop relationships, understand lending products, manage a pipeline, and ultimately build your own book of business.
