- Associate / Senior Associate - Real Estate InvestmentsStepStone GroupAssociateReal EstateOn-siteLocationChicago, United StatesDate PostedJuly 24, 2026RegionAmericasStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Real Estate / Associate jobs in Chicago, United States" are published.## About This Role**Role Overview**StepStone Group is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Real Estate Investment Team in Chicago, responsible for identification, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of real estate investments across geographies and asset classes.**Key Responsibilities**- Identify, source, and evaluate acquisition opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate- Lead underwriting and due diligence, including financial analysis, structuring, market research, and site visits- Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis on investment opportunities- Draft investment memorandums and presentations for acquisition opportunities; present to the Real Estate Investment Committee- Support fundraising, including presentation materials and historical fund performance analysis- Manage existing assets and conduct asset dispositions**Qualifications**- 4+ years of experience in real estate private equity/credit, investment banking, or related real estate finance- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field- Based in Chicago, with availability to travel domestically- ARGUS experience optional but preferred**Location**Chicago, IL — full-time, on-siteApply for this Position
