PREF manages a $5 billion real estate portfolio and sponsors six development funds, owning and operating approximately 17+ million SF of multifamily, logistics, and mixed-use properties throughout the US.The Associate will build and maintain complex commercial real estate acquisition and development models in Excel and Argus, prepare investment memorandums for Investment and Operating Committees, support transactions from initial sourcing through closing, and maintain financial models for asset and fund level performance. The role requires collaboration with development, construction, operations, and leasing teams.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (MBA a plus), 2-5 years of experience in real estate, private equity, financial analysis, or related field, strong financial modeling in Excel and Argus, and proven ability to underwrite multifamily and industrial real estate acquisitions and developments.Apply for this Position
