Strategic Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Strategic Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and operationalizing multi-year strategies, crafting strategic frameworks, and creating executive-ready narratives. This position requires the ability to interface directly with senior leaders, synthesize disparate inputs into coherent strategy, and translate ambiguity into structured outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, and innovation
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products
• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong background in developing and operationalizing multi-year strategies for complex organizations
• Proven strength in crafting strategic frameworks, executive-ready narratives, and presentation materials
• Ability to interface directly with senior domain leaders and synthesize disparate inputs into a coherent strategy

Desired skills:

• Domain experience in payments or financial services
• Experience supporting integration planning and managing execution through governance, roadmaps, and performance tracking
• Previous consulting background with the ability to manage multiple products

Pay range: $71.88 - $79.88 per hour
