I'm partnering with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer/distributor that is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to manage a multi-state territory across the Western U.S.

This is a true hunter/farmer role where you'll have the autonomy to run your own schedule, grow existing accounts, develop new business, and build long-term customer relationships. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and owning your territory, this is an excellent opportunity.

Compensation:
• $100K base salary (flexible up to $125K for the right background)
• Quarterly bonus opportunity ($15K–$22K annually)
• $1,000/month car allowance
• All travel expenses covered
• Company phone or phone reimbursement

Territory:
• Remote field-based position
• Covers California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and occasional Montana travel
• Monday planning/admin day, Tuesday through Friday visiting customers

What You'll Do:
• Manage and grow an established book of business while developing new accounts
• Build relationships with manufacturers and industrial customers
• Travel throughout your territory meeting customers and prospects
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close business
• Partner with an internal sales team to support customer needs
• Track activity and maintain your sales pipeline in CRM

What We're Looking For:
• Outside sales experience within manufacturing, metals, industrial, aerospace, or related industries preferred
• OR strong inside sales professionals ready to move into an outside sales role
• Experience managing a multi-state territory is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
