Executive Director

We are looking for a licensed Executive Director to join our team! If you have a passion for people and a savvy business acumen, this is the place for you. What you'll be doing As our Executive Director, you will provide overall leadership and direction for our community. You will have full oversight and responsibility for meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality, customer-oriented workforce. You will be genuinely interacting with our residents, families, associates, and visitors in a professional and caring manner. What you'll bring to the table Current Administrator's license (based on state requirement) Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Previous operations experience specific to retirement housing with assisted living, long- term care or related fields and experience operating and maintaining a quality, customer-oriented workforce Strong human relations skills and experience with the ability to communicate with diverse levels of employees Possess a valid and current driver's license May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification Must be willing to travel including air travel What's in it for you We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
