Key Responsibilities Installation & Layout: Running conduit, pulling wiring, and assembling components using hand and power tools. Reading Blueprints & Schematics: Interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to plan the layout of electrical wiring and equipment. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identifying electrical malfunctions using testing devices. Preventive Maintenance: Conducting inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment to prevent failures. Effective Communication: Take direction from a Project Lead, and provide oversight to apprentices. Safety Compliance: Adhering to all electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and avoid hazards. Requirements Job Qualifications OSHA 10 Certified, OSHA 30 preferred Electrical License valid for NH and/or MA with ability to obtain in both states of operations Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Deep understanding of electrical codes Ability to troubleshoot Ability to read drawings, plans, and diagrams Experience with commercial and residential wiring Ability to manage and lead co-workers in accomplishing projects according to schedule Lay out and plan work, in advance, in accordance with job schedules, plans, and specs Team Player. Demonstrated experience as a strong team member with superior oral and written communication skills, and solid relationship building skills. Works well independently or in a group Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving of your whole body, such as climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs solo/100 lbs assisted, balancing, walking, stooping, working on ladders at heights and handling of materials. Candidates will need all necessary electrical trade hand tools before starting.
