Sr. Engineer CI Excellence

Sr. Engineer CI Excellence – Remote This position requires up to 50% US and International Travel. Responsibilities Work side‑by‑side with manufacturing leaders to lead operational improvement workstreams that require developing a workstream charter, problem‑solving, data analytics, a detailed work plan, and identifying operational and financial KPIs to measure progress of improvement actions. Solve complex problems at the macro level as well as at the line level for the broader global manufacturing team. Gain experience to understand operational KPIs to determine appropriate responses to close gaps. Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5S, Visual‑Management, SMED, Poka‑Yoke, PDCA, TPM, etc. Coach and build the capabilities of shop floor‑based personnel, including makers, supervisors, and managers, in new ways of working and problem‑solving. Support codification of any newly developed approaches, methodologies, and results as part of the SPX program to standardize ways in manufacturing sites. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in consumer goods or similar. Critical thinking, problem‑solving, analytics skills, and strategy experience are a big plus. Lean / CI methodologies experience in operations with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement certification. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; global and domestic travel % may vary based on business needs.
