Turbomachinery Design Engineer – Responsibilities Perform turbomachinery design analyses, including FEA (stress, deflection, and modal), hand calculations, and rotordynamics. Develop standardized product deliverables in collaboration with Product Owners. Execute mechanical design tasks related to awarded projects and product development initiatives, supporting aftermarket activities and engineering tasks. Communicate with vendors on technical solutions. Support root cause analyses (RCA) of equipment and field commissioning and start‑up activities executed by the Aftermarket Team. Drive engineering and material cost reductions and competitiveness across project and product offerings in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaborate with customers to ensure proper design and integration of equipment into the process. Select components and materials for turbomachinery and systems. Perform safety and operability reviews. Collaborate with various subject areas to finalize equipment designs. Check and approve manufacturing drawings. Support bid estimate development. Collaborate with the Business Improvement Team to develop new and standardized design engineering tools and work processes for streamlining projects and product development. Challenge norms with alternate solutions rooted in engineering fundamentals. Turbomachinery Design Engineer – Qualifications & Requirements Technical Degree: BSME or related degree; advanced degree focused on turbomachinery design, rotordynamics, fluid film bearings, design for manufacturability, or manufacturing processes is a plus. 10–15 years of turbomachinery or rotating machinery design experience. Detail‑oriented, goal‑oriented, organized, creative, self‑motivated, collaborative, and customer‑focused. Excellent analytical, creative, problem‑solving, time management, and decision‑making skills. Advanced FEA capabilities is a plus. Experience with fluid film bearing, gas bearing, magnetic bearing, hydrostatic bearing, and rolling‑element bearing applications and design is a plus. Rotordynamic analysis capabilities is a plus. Turbine testing, data acquisition, and data evaluation experience is a plus. 2D CAD and 3D modeling and simulation experience is a plus. Equipment start‑up and plant integration experience is a plus. Programming skills: VB, C#, C++, Python, MATLAB, Fortran, or similar languages is a plus. Global Head of People Analytics – Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the enterprise PD&I strategy aligned with HR and business priorities. Deliver trusted, consumable, decision‑ready workforce insights through standardized dashboards, descriptive reports, and consultative analytic projects for HR and business. Own the people analytics product portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing work based on business impact, scalability, and employee experience. Enable advanced and AI‑driven analytics capabilities in Workday and the enterprise data ecosystem, with strong governance and ethical use. Oversee the configuration, delivery, and support of Workday People Analytics and Prism capabilities to automate standard reporting, enable augmented analytics, and support self‑service while managing limits of prebuilt modules. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate workforce and talent questions and requirements into actionable insights, improve data accessibility, and support end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes. Manage delivery and analytics offerings by establishing SLAs, reducing ad‑hoc reporting volume through self‑service tools, and operating as an analytics product owner. Establish and maintain HR data governance and reliability by managing HR data preparation, metric definitions, data cleansing processes, and centralized talent data repositories to enable repeatable and trustworthy analytics. Lead, coach, and develop the PD&I team by building capabilities in analytics, visualization, consulting, storytelling skills, and HR domain expertise. Lead compliance and regulatory‑related workforce reporting through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure overall compliance.
