Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Range: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000!
• Shift Differentials:
  • 7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday at $1.25 extra/hour
  • 3pm-11pm: Monday-Thursday at $2.00 extra/hour
  • 3pm-11pm: Friday-Sunday at $3.00 extra/hour
  • 11pm-7am: Monday-Thursday at $4.00 extra/hour
  • 11pm-7am: Friday-Sunday at $5.00 extra/hour

What You'll Do

• Assess patient mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care.
• Provide compassionate support and crisis intervention.
• Document patient care accurately and according to policies.
• Monitor patient safety, reporting risks to the team.
• Educate patients and families about discharge and aftercare.
• Support a recovery-focused, person-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor direct care staff as needed.
• Uphold compliance with all safety and care standards.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active Michigan RN license or eligible
  • Prior experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred:
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience with diverse patient populations
